Job Summary

Renville County West Schools is seeking a dedicated and visionary educational leader to serve as Superintendent of Schools. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all district operations, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Reports To: School Board

Compensation: $120,000 or more, based on experience, plus benefits
